美国高校国际学历硕士研究生招考录的特点及启示

摘　　要：积极推进来华留学研究生教育是我国扩大教育对外开放和建设高等教育强国的重要抓手。作为全球第一大留学目的国,美国高校有着比较悠久和成熟的国际学历硕士研究生招生考试制度。在招考录过程中,美国高校具有较大的招生自主权,重视考查学生的综合能力,注重标准的灵活性和多元化,等等。在我国来华留学研究生招生培养“提质增效”的新发展阶段,我国高校应扩大二级招生单位和教师在招生中的自主权,试行来华留学研究生入学标准化考试,研发科学的综合潜能测评系统,制定规范、灵活、多元的录取评价体系。Actively promoting the education of graduate students in China is an important starting point for China to expand the opening up of education and build a powerful country in higher educa-tion.As the world's largest destination country for overseas study,American universities have a rel-atively long and mature international master's degree admission test system.In the process of enroll-ment,American universities have greater autonomy in enrollment,pay attention to the comprehen-sive ability of students,stress on the flexibility and diversification of standards,etc.In the new de-velopment stage of"improving quality and efficiency"in the recruitment and training of graduate stu-dents in China,Chinese universities should expand the autonomy of secondary enrollment units and teachers in enrollment,try using the standardized entrance examinations for graduate students in China,develop a scientific comprehensive potential assessment system,and formulate a standard-ized,flexible and diversified admission evaluation system.
