摘 要:在立德树人教育背景下,心理健康教育作为高校思政教育的有机组成,其重要性日益凸显。“三全育人”是新时代高校道德教育质量提升的关键指导,也是培养合格建设者和优秀接班人的核心支撑保障。通过分析“三全育人”与心理健康教育的内在逻辑和外在协同关系,结合现阶段高校心理健康教育面临的挑战,从以全员育人为导向、以全过程育人为载体、以全方位育人为落点三维角度出发,提出了心理健康教育有效开展的实施路径,旨在提升大学生心理健康水平。In the context of moral education and talent cultivation,the importance of psychological health education as an organic component of ideological and political education in universities is increasingly prominent.The“Three Comprehensive Education”is a key guidance for improving the quality of moral education in universities in the new era,and also a core support guarantee for cultivating qualified builders and excellent successors.By analyzing the internal logic and external synergistic relationship between the“Three Comprehensive Education”and psychological health education,combined with the current challenges faced by psychological health education in universities,from the three-dimensional perspective of whole-staff education as the guidance,whole-process education as the carrier,and all-round education as the starting point,this paper proposes an effective implementation path for psychological health education,aiming to improve the psychological health level of college students.
