明目汤联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗青光眼阴虚火旺证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察明目汤联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗青光眼阴虚火旺证的疗效。方法:118例随机分为两组各59例。两组均用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗,观察组加用明目汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组眼压、视野缺损范围、RI均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组视力、EDV、VM均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:明目汤联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗青光眼阴虚火旺证疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Mingmu Decoction combined with Timolol Maleate Eye Drops in treating glaucoma with syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Methods:A total of 118 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 59 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with Timolol Maleate Eye Drops,and the observation group were additionally treated with Mingmu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,intraocular pressure,visual field defect range,and RI decreased in both groups,and the observation group had lower values than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,visual acuity,EDV,and VM increased in both groups,and the observation group had higher values than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mingmu Decoction combined with Timolol Maleate Eye Drops is effective and safe in treating glaucoma with syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.
