清分机小车接驳手爪的设计

摘　　要：清分机小车是清分机上用来运送纸币进行清分的运输装置。为了将某自动化生产线上收集的千张纸币送到清分机小车上,设计了一种清分机小车接驳手爪。该手爪整体结构小巧,包含有夹持机构、翻转机构和过载保护机构。该手爪可以抓取生产线收集的千张纸币并翻转到与清分机小车相同角度后,自动将纸币放置到清分机的小车上,完成纸币的交接工作,使生产线可以与清分机协同工作,完善了生产线功能,增加了纸币生产、检查效率。目前已成功应用在某自动化生产线上,系统稳定,效果良好。The vehicle of banknote sorting machine is a transportation device used to transport banknotes for sorting on the banknote sorting machine.In order to transport thousands of banknotes collected by an automated production line to the vehicle of banknote sorting machine,this paper designs a kind of transferring claw.The transferring claw is compact,including a clamping mechanism,a flipping mechanism,and an overload prevention mechanism.This claw can grab thousands of banknotes collected by the production line and flip them at the same angle as the vehicle of banknote sorting machine.After that,the banknotes are automatically placed on the vehicle of banknote sorting machine to complete the handover work of the banknotes,enabling the production line to work together with the banknote sorting machine,improving the functions of the production line and increasing the efficiency of banknote production and inspection.At present,it has been successfully applied to an automated production line,with a stable system and good results.
