主客观代际支持对老年人健康的影响研究

摘　　要：[目的]探究主观和客观代际支持对老年人健康发挥的作用,为促进老年人健康提供参考。[方法]基于2020年中国老年社会追踪调查数据,筛选出9155名老年人,利用描述性统计、卡方检验与二元Logistic回归模型进行分析。[结果]客观代际支持相等有利于老年人健康,代际经济支持相等(OR=0.738,P<0.01)、代际家务支持相等(OR=0.677,P<0.01)、代际情感支持强(OR=1.417,P<0.01)的老年人健康状况好的可能性更高。主观代际支持均衡有利于老年人健康,主观代际支持均衡(OR=1.234,P<0.01)的老年人健康状况好的可能性更高。[结论]代际支持均衡感是老年人与成年子女长期代际支持流动平衡的整体感受,在家庭中子女需要同时关注客观代际支持的流动平衡与老年人主观代际支持均衡感之间是否匹配。Objective To explore the effects of subjective and objective intergenerational support on the health of the elderly,so as to provide a basis for promoting the health of the elderly.Methods Based on the data of 2020 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey(CLASS),9155 elderly people were extracted and analyzed by descriptive statistics,chi-square test and binary logistic regression model.Results Equal objective intergenerational support was conducive to the health of the elderly.Equal intergenerational economic support(OR=0.738,P<0.01),equal intergenerational housework support(OR=0.677,P<0.01)and strong intergenerational emotional support(OR=1.417,P<0.01)were more likely to have good health for the elderly.Balanced subjective intergenerational support was conducive to the health of the elderly.The elderly with balanced subjective intergenerational support(OR=1.234,P<0.01)were more likely to have good health.Conclusions The sense of balance of intergenerational support is the overall feeling of the balance of long-term intergenerational support mobility between the elderly and adult children.In the family,adult children need to pay attention to whether the balance of objective intergenerational support mobility and the elderly's sense of balance of subjective intergenerational support match.
