摘　　要：细菌麸曲的菌种现一般采用液体培养方式,细菌液态法培养具有劳动强度低,不易染菌等优势,但是培养周期长,生产效率低。研究合适的培养方法和培养条件,用固态种子罐代替液态种子罐后,大大缩短培养周期,提高生产效率,降低了生产成本。The ordinary cultivation way of the bacterial Fuqu adopts in liquid form,Liquid strain cultivation possesses much advantage such as low labor intensity and less contamination,but the culture cycle is long and the production efficiency is low.By researching suitable culture method and culture conditions,and after replacing the liquid culture medium,the production efficiency and the production cost were greatly reduced.,the Production efficiency was enhance.
