摘　　要：村级档案真实地记录乡村治理的内容和进程,是乡村治理行为“留痕”的重要手段,也是乡村治理记忆“建构”的内生机制。目前关于村级档案服务乡村治理的研究广度有待扩展,深度也有待进一步理论聚焦。作为探索性研究,主要以案例分析、深度访谈和实地调查为基础,通过质性的扎根理论方法进行编码分析,形成8个主范畴、40个范畴和81个初始概念,进而构建涵盖治理体系与治理能力双层结构的,以引导、带动、稳固、保障四个机制为核心的“双层-四维-八核”服务模型。以该服务模型为基础,建议在乡村治理体系维度聚焦制度的持续性完善,在乡村治理能力维度着眼意识的能动性提升。Village archives truly record the content and process of rural governance,which is an important means to"leave traces"of rural governance behavior,and also the endogenous mechanism of"construction"of rural folk memory.At present,the breadth of research on village archives service and rural governance needs to be expanded,and the depth also needs to be further theoretical focus.This paper with exploratory research as the main purpose,on the basis of case analysis,in-depth interview and field investigation,through the qualitative theory of coding analysis,form eight main category,40 categories and 81 initial concept,and build the governance system and governance ability double structure,to guide,drive,stabilize,guarantee four mechanism as the core of"double-four-eight core"service model.Based on this service model,this study suggests to focus on the continuous improvement of the system in the dimension of rural governance system,and to focus on the initiative improvement of consciousness in the dimension of rural governance capacity.
