Spatial Distribution Analysis and Supply Demand Relationship Study of General Hospitals with Rehabilitation Departments in Beijing Area

摘　　要：文章采用地理信息系统(ArcGIS)对北京地区设有康复科的综合医院、老年人群居住地实施可视化分析,在分析其空间分布特征础上,剖析综合医院康复科服务范围、设施位置可达性是否便于满足老年人群的康复就医需求;分析发现,北京市设有康复科的合医院呈现中心城区高度集聚、中心城区之外配置相对不足的特点,与老年人群居住地空间分布未完全匹配,存在部分地区供需衡问题;基于前述研究,文章提出了针对性改善建议,供未来优化康复科设施布局时参考。In this paper,geographic information system(ArcGIs)is used to visualize the general hospitals with rehabilitation departments in Beijing and the places where the elderly live.Based on the analysis of their spatial distribution characteristics,it is analyzed whether the service scope and facility location accessibility of these general hospitals are convenient to meet the rehabilitation needs of the elderly.The analysis found that the general hospitals with rehabilitation departments in Beijing showed the characteristics of high concentration in the central urban area and relatively insufficient configuration outside the central urban area,which did not fully match the spatial distribution of the elderly population,and there was an imbalance between supply and demand in some areas.The article thus puts forward targeted improvement suggestions for construction reference.
