基于同理心方法的导医台优化设计研究

摘　　要：医院门诊导医台对于提升就医者的就诊感受具有重要的作用,为了提升就医者的就医效率,增加其就医的良好体验感。文章研究应用同理心方法,系统地对就诊者进行调研,通过对就诊者进行特质共情研究与状态共情研究,深入分析就诊者在就医过程中的心理情感状态,找出就诊者在就医过程中的相关问题,为导医台设计提供精准指导。结合研究结论设计出了一套更加符合不同就诊者需求和特点的导医台系统。实践表明,通过同理心方法不仅提高了就诊者的就诊体验,也为诊疗服务和医疗家具设计领域提供了有益的理论和实践指导。The outpatient guidance desk in a hospital is pivotal in enhancing the patient's medical experience,thereby augmenting the efficacy of healthcare delivery and enriching their satisfaction with the medical process.This study employed an empathetic approach to systematically examine patient experiences.By investigating both trait and state empathy among patients,we conducted an in-depth analysis of their psychological and emotional states throughout the medical treatment journey.This analysis enabled us to identify issues pertinent to the patient's experience,which in turn informed the precise design of the medical guidance desk.Drawing on the study's findings,a tailored medical guidance desk system was conceptualized to accommodate the diverse needs and characteristics of the patient population.The application of the empathetic method has demonstrated its capacity not only to elevate the medical experience of patients but also to offer valuable theoretical and practical insights within the realms of diagnostic and therapeutic services as well as medical furniture design.
