摘 要:为了能够更有效地综合评价课程教学质量,提出了“一点(指标点)三测(测评数据、测评方法、测评标准)三路径(在线测评、实践测评、综合测评)四能力(学生数控加工工艺设计能力、程序编写能力、仿真加工实践能力以及现场操作实践能力)”多维驱动测评方法。依据行业、企业的数控加工实践操作职业能力标准,以机械专业技能核心课程“数控加工技术”为触点开展研究,因材施教,聚焦学生数控加工实践能力的评价指标实施测评,提升了应用型本科机械类专业“数字工匠”卓越人才培养质量,对改善人才培养过程脱离实践问题具有重要的实践意义。In order to comprehensively evaluate the teaching quality of courses more effectively,a multi-dimensional driving evaluation method is proposed,which is"one point(index point),three tests(evaluation data,evaluation methods,evaluation standards),three paths(online evaluation,practical evaluation,comprehensive evaluation),and four abilities(students'CNC machining technology design ability,program writing ability,simulation machining practice ability,and field operation practice ability)".Based on the vocational ability standards for practical operation in numerical control machining from the industry and enterprises,the study is conducted with the core mechanical skills course"Numerical Control Machining Technology"as the touchpoint,it implements personalized teaching,focuses on evaluating the indicators of students'practical abilities in numerical control machining,thus improves the quality of excellent talent training for"digital craftsmen"of applied undergraduate mechanical majors,it has important practical significance to improve the process of personnel training from practice.
