摘  要:为了实现煤电固废粉煤灰的就地资源化利用,以粉煤灰和水泥作为主要原材料,辅以硅粉为增强剂、水玻璃和氯化钙为活性激发剂,研制了粉煤灰基矿用注浆材料。同时,以水灰质量比、硅灰掺量、水玻璃掺量等主要因素作为变量,围绕材料注浆作业中关键的黏度、初凝时间以及早期强度性能,采用控制变量法研究了各因素对于材料各性能的影响规律。以粉煤灰基矿用注浆材料的研制为基础,深度开展该材料的性能研究工作,可以为煤基固废利用、矿山注浆材料选型及研制提供相关经验。In order to achieve the on-site resource utilization of coal-fired solid waste fly ash,fly ash and cement were used as the main raw materials,supplemented with silica powder as a reinforcing agent,water glass and calcium chloride as active activators,and fly ash based mining grouting materials were developed.At the same time,with water cement mass ratio,silica fume content,water glass content and other main factors as variables,the control variable method was used to study the influence of various factors on the key viscosity,initial setting time and early strength performance of materials in grouting operations.This study was based on the development of fly ash based grouting materials for mining,and conducts in-depth research on the properties of this material,which can provide relevant experience for the utilization of coal based solid waste and the selection and development of grouting materials for mining.
