高校修缮改造类项目风险管理研究

摘　　要：高校修缮改造项目具有体量相对较小、工期要求高、任务内容杂等特点,给高校基建管理部门的项目管理带来不少挑战。本文重点分析高校修缮改造类项目在实施过程中常见的设计深度和精度不够、协作难度大、施工进度易受外界不确定因素影响、预算执行要求高和目标控制难度大,以及项目管理专业技术力量不足等风险管理问题,在此基础上,提出做好立项调查研究,强化合同管理和变更管理,以及建设单位应与监理单位加强沟通协同,严控节点质量和严把项目原材料关等管理建议,以期为高校修缮改造项目风险管控提供参考。Renovation projects in universities have the characteristics of relatively small scale,high construction period requirements,and complex construction content,which have brought many challenges to the project management of university infrastructure management departments.This article focuses on the key risks such as insufficient design depth and accuracy,difficulty in cooperation and goal control,susceptibility to construction schedule delays caused by external uncertainties,high budget execution requirements,difficulties in target controlling,and insufficient professional technical strength in project management.On the basis,proposes suggestions of improving project investigation and research,as well as infrastructure file management,strengthening contract management and change management,improving communication between construction unit and supervise units,strictly controlling qualities and project raw materials,and so on.Hopes to provide reference for risk control of university repair and renovation projects.
