摘　　要：维生素B_(12)(Vitamin B_(12))作为一种关键的生物活性物质,被广泛应用于医药、保健品和饲料添加剂等领域。其工业化生产主要依赖于微生物发酵法。文章综合分析了近年来维生素B12生物发酵的相关文献,探讨了维生素B_(12)发酵工艺控制、高产菌种选育技术的研究进展,并提出了未来相关研究的发展方向。Vitamin B_(12) is an important bioactive substance and is widely used in pharmaceuticals,health products,feed additives,and other fields.The industrial production of vitamin B_(12) is primarily achieved through the microbial fermentation method.This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of research literature on the biological fermentation of vitamin B_(12) in recent years,discusses research advancements in fermentation process control and high-yield strain breeding technologies of vitamin B12,and provides future research directions for relevent fields.
