“三全育人”视域下体育高职院校学生就业能力提升路径探析

摘　　要：基于当前体育高职院校学生就业现状,分析体育高职院校学生就业能力不足的原因,从“三全育人”视域下就体育高职院校学生就业能力提升方法进行探析,通过重视学生职业生涯规划教育,开展多种形式就业育人活动;优化课程体系及教师团队建设,加强就业指导水平;升级“迈大步”访企拓岗形式,以“钉钉子”精神打通实习与就业新通道;抢抓就业关键节点,全方位强化就业不间断服务四种路径,力促学生高质量就业。Based on the current employment status of students in sports vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the reasons behind the inadequate employment competence of these students.From the perspective of“comprehensive education,”it explores methods to enhance the employment competence of sports vocational college students.The analysis includes four key pathways:emphasizing career planning education,conducting various employment-related educational activities,optimizing the curriculum system and improving faculty development,enhancing employment guidance,upgrading the“Stride Forward”enterprise-visiting and job-expanding activities to create new pathways between internships and employment through a“persistent effort”approach,and seizing critical employment periods to provide continuous,comprehensive employment services.These efforts aim to promote high-quality employment for students.
