摘 要:子宫内膜癌(EC)为女性常见的盆腔恶性子宫肿瘤,其传统分类方法主要是按照组织病理学形态来分型,但这种分类方法具有较高的个人主观性、较低的重复性,且评估预后的价值有限。随着癌症分子机制的研究和基因测序技术的发展,现能够通过研究癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)来重新分类。这种新的分类方法可以帮助医生对EC患者进行更精准的风险评估,为其提供更有效的个性化治疗方案,还能利用TCGA数据预测EC患者的预后情况,有望改善EC患者的治疗结果和生存率。本文总结了国内外关于分子分型在EC中的相关研究进展,以期为临床上EC的诊治提供新的指导和思路。Endometrial cancer(EC)is a common pelvic malignant uterine tumor in women.The traditional classification method of EC is mainly based on histopathological morphology,while this classification method has high personal subjectivity,low repeatability,and limited value in assessing prognosis.With the research on the molecular mechanisms of cancer and the development of advanced gene sequencing technology,it is now possible to reclassify cancer by studying the cancer genome atlas(TCGA).This new classification method can help doctors to conduct more accurate risk assessments,provide more effective personalized treatment plans for EC patients,and predict the prognosis of EC patients by using TCGA data,which is expected to improve the treatment outcomes and survival rates of EC patients.This paper summarized the related research on molecular typing in EC at home and abroad,in order to provide new guidance and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of EC in clinical practice.
