摘 要:大学博雅教育实践之核心与重点在于从传授知识之“博”引向培养人格之“雅”,这也是目前我国大学博雅教育实践之难点。同时,我国大学博雅教育实践面临着知识网络化普及所带来的挑战、博雅课程无法激发学生兴趣、教学实践成效滞后等困境,以及存在着侧重“博”、忽视“雅”的认知偏差。这些问题值得施教者在教学实践中展开全面探索和深度探索。施教者是博雅教育实践的重要实施者,因此施教者自身成为“博”“雅”者构成大学博雅教育实践问题之关键。在博雅课程教学实践中,施教者需要探索如何以所授课程为基点构建自己的全科性认知体系,并尝试努力实践“博”“雅”并重的博雅教育核心。A core and a focus of the teaching practice of the liberal education in universities are that the personality of students should be cultivated very well while knowledge is imparted to them very largely,this is also the current chal-lenge facing the practice of liberal education in Chinese universities.At the same time,there are these problems in the teaching practice of the liberal education in universities in our country,which include that the teaching practice is facing the challenge from the network popularization of knowledge,the curriculum of the liberal education in universities is not able to stimulate students'interest,its'effect of teaching practice lags behind,there is a cognitive bias that imparting knowledge is laid particular stress on but cultivating personality is ignored.These problems should deserve to be investi-gated completely and deeply by educators(teachers)during their teaching practice.Educators are important implementer of the teaching practice of the liberal education in universities,thus that an educator become a both"learned"and"accom-plished'"man,is a key of the problems of the teaching practice of the liberal education in universities.In the teaching practice of the liberal education,educators should explore that how to construct a cognitive system of the whole discipline of their own,and attempt at the best to practice the core of the liberal education which cultivating personality very well and imparting knowledge very largely are regarded both as equally important.
