摘　　要：目的基于主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)导管管理最佳实践证据,将证据应用于临床实践并评价其效果。方法遵循澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)循证实践模式,总结了25条最佳证据并制订16条临床审查指标,在冠心病专科病房开展质量审查,比较循证实践前后护理人员审查指标的执行率、管道管理及维护知识知晓情况、患者IABP导管并发症发生率等。结果与证据应用前比较,证据应用后护士对IABP导管管理及维护相关知识得分与对证据行为执行率均明显提高(P<0.01或0.05);患者IABP置管相关并发症的发生率明显低于证据应用前(P<0.05)。结论基于循证依据的IABP导管维护管理可有效提高护士管理导管的规范性,降低IABP置管的相关并发症发生,保证患者的安全;且能提高护士的循证依从性。Objective Based on the best practice evidence of intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP)catheter management,the evidence was applied to clinical practice and its effect was evaluated.Methods Following the evidence-based practice model of the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI),Australia,25 best evidences were summarized and 16 clinical review indicators were formulated.A quality review was carried out in the coronary heart disease specialist ward to compare the implementation rate of the review indicators,knowledge of pipeline management and maintenance,and the incidence of IABP catheter complications of nurses before and after evidence-based practice.Results Compared with before evidence application,after the application of evidence,the knowledge scores of IABP catheter management and maintenance and the implementation rate of evidence behavior were significantly increased(P<0.01 or 0.05);The incidence of IABP catheter-related complications in patients was significantly lower than that of before evidence application(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based IABP catheter maintenance management can effectively improve the standardization of nurses’catheter management,thereby reducing the occurrence of IABP catheter-related complications and ensuring the safety of patients;It can also enhance nurses’evidence-based compliance and continuously improve clinical nursing quality through continuous quality review.
