摘 要:针对传统铅阻尼器易对环境污染、工艺要求高等缺点,本文提出了一种管状铅柱叠层橡胶杆式阻尼器,一方面通过叠层橡胶层与外壳封闭铅柱,防止铅粉泄露,另一方面采用模组化设计,使阻尼器生产过程更为简便。为了研究管状铅柱叠层橡胶杆式阻尼器滞回性能,首先对阻尼器试件进行循环加载试验,接着采用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了阻尼器二维和三维模型,探究了阻尼器导杆直径、铅柱高度及叠层橡胶高度对阻尼器滞回性能的影响。结果表明:管状铅柱叠层橡胶杆式阻尼器的滞回效果良好,整体滞回性能呈双线性;铅柱高度和导杆尺寸对阻尼器的滞回性能影响较大。The present study proposes a tubular lead column laminated rubber rod damper to address the limitations of traditional lead dampers,such as environmental pollution and stringent processing requirements.The novel damper effectively prevents leakage of lead powder by enclosing the lead column with layers of laminated rubber and a protective shell.Moreover,the modular design approach is adopted to streamline the production process.To investigate the hysteresis performance of the novel damper,cyclic loading experiment was conducted on the specimens firstly.Subsequently,two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of the damper were established using ABAQUS to study the influence of guide rod diameter,lead-column height,and laminated rubber height on the hysteresis behavior.The results demonstrate that the proposed damper exhibits excellent overall bilinear hysteresis effect.Additionally,the height of the lead column and dimensions of the guide rod significantly influence its hysteresis performance.
