摘  要:为提高暴雨内涝灾害下地铁车站运营安全,针对地铁车站洪涝灾害的特点,参考相关文献及国家标准规范,结合TOSE框架与韧性特征能力,从技术、组织、社会、经济4个维度,识别出22个地铁站抗涝韧性影响因素。提出Fuzzy-DEMATEL-SD模型,结合复杂网络理论,把影响因素看作节点,影响关系看作有向边,通过节点度数、特征向量中心度、节点介数、聚类系数等多项指标,分析韧性传递网络中的关键节点和关键边,从而确定关键影响链,并给出提升策略。以广州地铁沙村站为例,确定了地铁站抗涝韧性传递网络中的8个关键节点、10条关键边和2条关键影响链,并给出提升策略,强调应重点关注站内排水性能、加强安全资金投入、确保疏散通道通畅等,为提高暴雨内涝灾害下地铁站运营管理水平提供参考。In order to improve the operation safety of subway station under rainstorm waterlogging disaster,according to the characteristics of flood disaster in subway stations,referring to relevant literature and national standards,combined with TOSE framework and resilience characteristics,from four dimensions of technology,organization,society and economy,22 factors affecting the resilience of subway stations are identified.The Fuzzy-DEMATEL-SD model is proposed.Combined with the complex network theory,the influencing factors are regarded as nodes,and the influence relationship is regarded as directed edges.Through the node degree,eigenvector centrality,node betweenness,clustering coefficient and other indicators,the key nodes and key edges in the resilient transmission network are analyzed,so as to determine the key influence chain and give the promotion strategies.Taking Shacun Station of Guangzhou Metro as an example,8 key nodes,10 key edges and 2 key influence chains in the transmission network of waterlogging resistance resilience of subway station are determined,and the promotion strategies are given.It is emphasized that the drainage performance in the station should be focused on,the safety capital investment should be strengthened,and the evacuation channel should be unobstructed,so as to provide reference for improving the operation and management level of subway station under rainstorm waterlogging disaster.
