摘　　要：目的探究肺癌术后患者应用个性化优质护理对改善情绪和康复效果的作用。方法随机选取2022年5月—2023年12月丰县人民医院收治的70例肺癌手术患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方案分为观察组、参照组,各35例。参照组行一般护理,观察组在参照组基础上加用个性化优质护理。比较两组的心理状态、自我护理能力及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组自我护理能力、生活质量评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组心理状态中9项患者健康问卷评分为(8.42±2.10)分、焦虑测试量表评分为(7.88±1.46)分,均低于参照组的(11.58±1.96)分、(10.94±1.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.508、7.682,P均<0.05)。结论个性化优质护理能够改善肺癌术后患者的心理状态,提高自我护理能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of personalized quality nursing on improving mood and rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer after surgery.Methods A total 70 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to Fengxian People's Hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to different nursing plans,the patients were divided into observation group and reference group,with 35 cases each.The reference group received general nursing,and the observation group received personalized quality nursing on the basis of the reference group.The mental state,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of Patient Health Questionnaire-9 and General Anxiety Disorder-7 of the observation group were(8.42±2.10)points and(7.88±1.46)points,which were lower than(11.58±1.96)points and(10.94±1.85)points of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.508,7.682,both P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized quality nursing can improve the psychological state of patients after lung cancer surgery,improve self-care ability and quality of life,with high application value.
