摘  要:文章根据车架的不同承载要求和使用环境,经过Adams有限元分析,发现左控制臂前安装点载荷过大等问题,经过结构优化,合理选择轻质高强材料,并通过材料性能优化和结构设计,实现车架的轻量化,并运用有限元分析对车架结构进行精细化设计,实现结构轻量化与性能优化的双重目标。汽车轻量化车架的研究是一项长期而复杂的系统工程,需要不断探索和创新。通过深入研究轻量化材料、工艺和设计方法,将为汽车工业的可持续发展注入新的活力。Based on the different load-bearing requirements and usage environments of the frame,through Adams finite element analysis,it was found that the load on the front mounting point of the left control arm was too large.After structural optimization,lightweight and high-strength materials were reasonably selected.Through material performance optimization and structural design,the lightweight of the frame was achieved.Finite element analysis was used to refine the design of the frame structure,achieving the dual goals of structural lightweight and performance optimization.The research on lightweight car frames is a long-term and complex system engineering that requires continuous exploration and innovation.By conducting in-depth research on lightweight materials,processes,and design methods,new vitality will be injected into the sustainable development of the automotive industry.
