摘  要:深入分析喷涂仿形技术的基本原理和喷涂参数对漆膜质量的影响,提出了一套完整的喷涂工艺优化方案。研究采用理论分析、实验验证和数据分析的方法,确定喷涂重叠率、机器人喷涂时间、TCP移动速度和涂料流量等关键参数,优化了喷涂工艺。通过贴板测试和实车喷涂验证,评估了喷涂参数对漆膜质量的影响,并进行了调整。优化后的喷涂参数能提高漆膜的均匀性、光泽度和附着力。微调喷涂参数,成功解决了局部膜厚不足或超出标准的问题。The basic principle of spray copying technology and the influence of spray parameters on the quality of paint film were analyzed,and a complete spray process optimization scheme was proposed.The key parameters such as spraying overlap rate,robot spraying time,TCP moving speed and paint flow rate were determined by theoretical analysis,experimental verification and data analysis,and the spraying process was optimized.The influence of spraying parameters on the quality of paint film was evaluated and adjusted through the test of the board and the verification of the real car spraying.The optimized spraying parameters can improve the uniformity,gloss and adhesion of the paint film.Fine-tuning spraying parameters successfully solved the problem of local film thickness insufficient or beyond the standard.
