摘 要:通过调查研究,明确汽车技术服务与营销专业的面向岗位、岗位需求、人才培养现状,明确汽车构造的教学现状。针对汽车构造教学过程中存在的培养目标与社会需求不平衡、教学内容与岗位需求脱节、教学模式枯燥、考核模式单一等问题,调整课程目标在教学内容上“增、删、合、拓”,教学方法上实践“一个中心,三个融入”的教学理念,提高教学效果和人才培养质量。Through investigation and research,we clarify the automotive technical service and marketing professional positions,job requirements,the current situation of talent training,and the teaching status of the"automotive construction"course.Aiming at the"automobile construction"course teaching process exists in the training objectives and social demand imbalance,teaching content and job demand disconnect,teaching mode boring,assessment mode single and other issues,adjusting the course objectives in the teaching content,"add,delete,combine,expand",teaching methods to practice"a center,three into"teaching concept,improve teaching effectiveness and talent training.In terms of teaching methodology,we practice the teaching concept of"one center,three integration"to improve the teaching effect and the quality of talent cultivation.
