摘 要:为通过调整粒度配比来优化材料的综合性能,探讨WC粒度差异对WC-Co硬质合金复合材料性能的具体影响。选择大、中、小3种粒度的碳化钨(WC)作为原料,调整不同粒度WC用量制备出不同配比的WC-Co硬质合金复合材料,编号分别为配比Ⅰ、配比Ⅱ、配比Ⅲ,测试不同烧结温度下各个复合材料的矫顽磁力、密度等基础性能,观察1500℃烧结后复合材料的微观结构,测定该复合材料的耐磨损性能与力学性能。试验结果显示,小粒度和中粒度配置的配比Ⅱ复合材料在高温烧结小,保持较高密度和矫顽磁力,且该配比复合材料内部空隙较小,耐磨性能以及力学性能均较高。对比下配比Ⅰ、配比Ⅲ由于WC粒度较大导致复合材料力学性能与耐磨性能不足。In order to optimize the comprehensive properties of materials by adjusting the particle size ratio,this study explores the specific impact of WC particle size differences on the properties of WC Co hard alloy composites.Select large,medium and small sizes of tungsten carbide(WC)as raw materials,adjust the amount of WC with different sizes to prepare different ratios of WC-CO cemented carbide composite materials,numbered as ratioⅠ,ratioⅡ,ratioⅢ,test the coercive magnetic force,density and other basic properties of each composite material under different sintering temperatures.The microstructure of the composite sintered at 1500℃was observed,and the wear resistance and mechanical properties of the composite were measured.The test results show that the proportionedⅡcomposites with small and medium particle size are sintered at high temperature,maintain high density and coercive magnetic force,and the internal void of the proportioned composites is smaller,and the wear resistance and mechanical properties are higher.Due to the large size of WC,the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the composite were insufficient.
