摘　　要：王长顺教授《先秦士人与司马迁》一书将司马迁放在先秦士人文化变迁的视域中予以观照,探讨先秦士人对司马迁的影响以及司马迁对先秦士人文化精神的继承、弘扬与创新。该书结构宏阔,论证精严,为研究《史记》提供了新的视角,从历史的纵深视域揭示了《史记》的生成及历史价值,在司马迁思想研究方面有所突破和创获,对推动“史记学”研究有着积极意义。This article examines Sima Qian from the perspective of the cultural changes of pre-Qin scholars,and explores the influence of pre-Qin scholars on Sima Qian and Sima Qian's inheritance,promotion and innovation of the cultural spirit of pre-Qin scholars.The book has a grand structure and rigorous argumentation,providing a new perspective for the study of Shiji.It has certain breakthroughs and achievements in the study of Sima Qian's thoughts.It reveals the formation and historical value of Shiji from a historical perspective,and it has positive significance to promote the study of Shiji.
