摘　　要：目的 通过调查了解青少年固定正畸患者自我效能、口腔健康自我管理能力与口腔健康相关生活质量现状及相关变量间的关系。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2022年8-12月于上海市2所公立口腔专科医院进行固定正畸治疗的230例青少年患者作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、一般自我效能量表(GSES)、青少年固定正畸患者口腔健康自我管理能力问卷进行调查,并采用口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)评估其口腔健康相关生活质量。结果 230例固定正畸青少年患者口腔健康相关生活质量总分为16.0(11.0,22.0)分,其GSES与OHIP-14评分呈正相关,自我效能可以直接作用于口腔健康相关生活质量(直接效应为-0.840,占总效应的86.07%),也可以通过口腔健康自我管理能力间接作用于口腔健康相关生活质量(间接效应为-0.136,占总效应的13.93%)。结论 青少年固定正畸患者的口腔健康相关生活质量有待改善,医务人员可以依据自我效能的作用路径制订干预方案,通过开展针对性口腔健康指导等措施,提高患儿的生活质量,以获得更好的矫治效果。Objective To investigate current self-efficacy,oral health self-management ability and oral health-related quality of life and the relationship between related variables in adolescents undergoing fixed orthodontics.Methods A total of 230 adolescents were selected by convenience sampling who underwent fixed orthodontics in 2 public stomatological hospitals in Shanghai from August to December 2022.They were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) and Oral Health Self-management Ability Questionnaire for Adolescents Undergoing Fixed Orthodontics.Their oral healthrelated quality of life was evaluated using the Oral Health Impact Profile-14(OHIP-14).Results For the 230adolescents undergoing fixed orthodontics,the total score of oral health-related quality of life was 16.0(11.0,22.0) points;their GSES scores were positively correlated with OHIP-14 scores;self-efficacy had a direct effect on oral health-related quality of life(direct effect-0.840,accounting for 86.07% of the total effect) and an indirect effect on oral health-related quality of life through the intermediary of oral health self-management ability(indirect effect-0.136,accounting for 13.93% of the total effect).Conclusion The oral health-related quality of life of adolescents undergoing fixed orthodontics needs improvement.Healthcare providers can develop intervention plans based on the acting path of self-efficacy.By offering targeted oral health guidance and other measures,they can improve the quality of life of these adolescents to achieve better treatment outcomes.
