摘　　要：阐述针对悬式绝缘子悬垂线夹销钉容易螺栓松动、脱落的问题,设计一种带电作业的销钉安装工具。该工具依据光电传感器精准找到销钉孔,通过设计的销钉结构完成对R销的快速补加。This paper expounds the design of a live working pin installation tool to address the problem of bolt loosening and detachment of suspension line clamp pins for suspended insulators.This tool accurately finds the pin hole based on the photoelectric sensor and completes the rapid addition of R pins through thedesigned pin structure.
