摘　　要：恰逢深圳大学建筑设计研究院40周年庆典,本文梳理自1980年代初,深圳大学建筑设计研究院在老一辈开拓者的带领下,从初创到提速、再到新时期的历史进程和不同发展阶段的重要举措,总结其坚持产学研一体化、坚持高水平国内外学术与行业实践交流、坚持创新引领下的研究平台和体系建设等核心精神,呈现了设计院锐意通过新时期大学设计院的新实践语境和新设计模式,持续发挥其历史传承和资源优势、持续开拓核心竞争力的理念与精神。Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen University Institute of Architectural Design and Research,this article summarises the historical process and important measures taken by the Institute from its establishment to its accelerated development since the early 1980s under the leadership of several generations of pioneers according to different stages of development.It summarises the core spirit to promote"the integration of industry,academia and research","high-level academic and industrial practice exchanges",and"innovation-led research platform and system optimisation".It presents the institute's determination to continuously leverage its historical heritage and resource advantages as a university design institute in the process of exploring core competitiveness in the new era.
