数字经济、产业结构与经济高质量发展的路径探究——基于中介效应和GMM检验

摘　　要：本文基于2012—2022年我国31个省份数据,探究数字经济对经济高质量发展是否具有促进作用、产业结构升级在数字经济与经济高质量发展之间是否存在中介效应,并且比较分析了数字经济对经济高质量发展的区域异质性。研究表明,数字经济显著促进了经济高质量发展。在此过程中,产业结构优化中的产业结构高度化、合理化和高级化三个维度扮演了重要角色。其中,产业结构高度化展现出最强的中介效应,产业结构合理化紧随其后,产业结构高级化影响相对较弱;数字经济提升经济高质量发展存在区域性差异,呈现出东部和西部明显,中部相对不显著的效果。Based on data from 31 provinces in China between 2012 and 2022,this paper explores whether the digital economy has a positive impact on high-quality economic development,whether industrial structure upgrading acts as a mediator between the digital economy and high-quality economic development,and compares the regional heterogeneity of the digital economy's effect on economic high-quality development.The study finds that the digital economy significantly promotes high-quality economic development.In this process,the three dimensions of industrial structure optimization—industrial structure heightening,rationalization,and upgrading—play important roles.Among them,industrial structure heightening shows the strongest mediating effect,followed by industrial structure rationalization,while the effect of industrial structure upgrading is relatively weaker.Additionally,the digital economy’s contribution to high-quality economic development varies regionally,with significant effects in the eastern and western regions,but a relatively insignificant effect in the central region.
