摘　　要：探讨分级诊疗背景下医学期刊服务基层医生的社会效益。文章基于《中华消化杂志》基层医生训练营案例实践,指出期刊应履行社会职责,为基层医生自我提升和职业规划搭建平台,重点围绕临床科研和临床诊疗2方面设计培训课程,以服务健康中国战略。实践表明,从基层医生、期刊和编辑角度出发,期刊通过举办基层医生培训活动可在导向性、结合度、传播度3个层面实现社会价值增益。This paper explored the social benefits of medical journals on serving primary care physicians in the context of hierarchical medical system.Based on the case study of the GrassRoots Doctor Training Camp carried out by theChinese Journal of Digestion,it points out that the journals should fulfill their social responsibilities by providing a platform for self-improvement and career planning for primary care physicians,and focusing on designing training courses around clinical research and clinical diagnosis and treatment to serve the requirements of National Health China Strategy.The practice has shown that from the perspectives of primary care physicians,journals,and editors,journals can achieve social value benefits in terms of guidance,integration,and dissemination through organizing training activities for primary care physicians.
