摘　　要：目的 分析外周血淋巴细胞计数及CD69的表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌发生及进展中的意义。方法 选取2018-2020年北京口腔医院收治的口腔鳞癌患者45例作为患者组,健康对照组65例。采用流式细胞术检测两组受试者外周血中淋巴细胞计数、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞计数、CD69表达及T淋巴细胞CD69的表达,分析患者组与对照组、不同临床分期及不同病理分级口腔鳞癌患者外周血淋巴细胞计数、CD69表达及T淋巴细胞CD69表达的差异。结果 患者组外周血淋巴细胞计数、T淋巴细胞计数、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞计数、CD69表达及T淋巴细胞CD69表达显著低于对照组(P<0.01);淋巴细胞计数在Ⅰ~Ⅱ、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期口腔鳞癌中无显著性差异(P>0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期口腔鳞癌患者组外周血T淋巴细胞、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞计数、CD69表达及T淋巴细胞CD69的表达低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者组(P<0.05)。不同病理分级口腔鳞癌患者外周血淋巴细胞计数、T淋巴细胞、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞计数、CD69表达及T淋巴细胞CD69的表达差异不显著。结论 口腔鳞癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞计数降低,CD69表达降低及T淋巴细胞CD69表达降低,可能与肿瘤的发生及进展相关。Objective To analyze the significance of peripheral blood lymphocyte count and CD69 expression in the occurrence and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 45 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were selected and 65 cases served as the healthy control.Flow cytometry was used to detect lymphocyte count,cytotoxic T cell count,CD69 expression and T lymphocyte CD69 expression in the peripheral blood.The differences in peripheral blood lymphocyte count,CD69 expression and T lymphocyte CD69 expression between the patients and the control were analyzed.Results The peripheral blood lymphocyte count,T lymphocyte count,cytotoxic T lymphocyte count,CD69 expression and T lymphocytes CD69 expression in the patients were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in lymphocyte count between patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱand stageⅢ-Ⅳoral squamous cell carcinoma(P>0.05).T lymphocyte count,cytotoxic T lymphocyte count,CD69 expression and T lymphocytes CD69 expression in stageⅢ-Ⅳoral squamous cell carcinoma patients were lower than those in stageⅠ-Ⅱpatients(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lymphocyte count,T lymphocyte count,cytotoxic T lymphocyte count,CD69 expression and T lymphocytes CD69 expression among patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma of different pathological grades.Conclusions Patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma have a decrease in peripheral blood T lymphocyte and cytotoxic T lymphocyte counts,CD69 expression and T lymphocytes CD69 expression,which may be related to the occurrence and progression of the tumor.
