摘 要:目的探究骨性Ⅰ类成年女性上气道矢状径与牙颌面结构的相关性。方法对60名不同下颌平面角的年龄在18~35岁的骨性Ⅰ类成年女性的头颅定位侧位片进行上气道各段矢状径及牙颌面结构测量。采用二阶聚类统计方法以上气道各段矢状径为变量将60名骨型Ⅰ类成年女性进行分组,对比研究不同组间上气道各段矢状径与牙颌面结构的差异性,并分析60名骨型Ⅰ类成年女性上气道各段矢状径与牙颌面结构的相关性。结果60名骨性Ⅰ类成年女性根据上气道各段矢状径聚类成两组,两组上气道各段矢状径差异有统计学意义;两组在U1-PP(mm)、U6-PP(mm)、L1-MP(mm)、L6-MP(mm)差异有统计学意义。60名骨型Ⅰ类成年女性上气道鼻咽段(PNS-UPW)、腭咽段(U-MPW)与MP-SN(°)、MP-FH(°)呈负相关,与GoPog(mm)呈正相关;上气道舌咽段(TB-TPPW)上气道矢状径与U6-PP(mm)呈负相关。结论牙颌面垂直向结构是影响骨性Ⅰ类成年女性的上气道的重要因素,牙颌面矢状向结构中的下颌体长度影响骨性Ⅰ类成年女性的上气道的重要因素。Objective To study the correlation of dentofacial structure and the sagittal diameter of upper airway in adult women with skeletal ClassⅠ.Methods The sagittal diameter of the upper airway and dentofacial structure were measured on the cephalometric lateral radiographs of 60 adult women aged 18-35 years with skeletal ClassⅠwith different mandibular plane angles.The 60 adult women with skeletal classⅠwere clustered into different groups according to the sagittal diameter of upper airway used as a variable by second-order cluster statistical method.The sagittal diameter of upper airway and dentofacial structure were compared among the different groups and the correlation between sagittal diameter of upper airway and dentofacial structure was analyzed in the 60 adult women with skeletal ClassⅠ.Results The 60 adult women aged 18-35 years with skeletal ClassⅠwere clustered into two groups according to the sagittal diameter of the upper airway,and the difference in sagittal diameter of the upper airway was statistically significant between the two groups.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in U1-PP(mm),U6-PP(mm),L1-MP(mm),and L6-MP(mm).Upper airway nasopharyngeal segment(PNS-UPW)and palatopharyngeal segment(U-MPW)are negatively correlated with MP-SN(°),MP-FH(°)and positively correlated with GoPog(mm).Upper airway Glossopharyngeal segment(TB-TPPW)is negatively correlated with U6-PP(mm).Conclusions The vertical structure of the dentofacial structure is an important factor affecting the upper airway of adult women with skeletal ClassⅠ,and the mandibular body length in the sagittal structure of the dentofacial structure is an important factor affecting the upper airway of adult women with skeletal ClassⅠ.
