摘　　要：面对毕业生就业难题,当前高校生涯咨询室建设渐显乏力。在此境遇下,精准就业理念为高校生涯咨询室建设提供了新思路。精准就业背景下的高校生涯咨询室应明确精准化生涯指导、综合性咨询服务、专业化职业测评、紧密性企业沟通等功能定位,从构建生涯咨询体系、建设精准服务模式、完善职业技能培训、建设实践教育平台、拓展创业支持服务及推行信息化建设多方面入手,有效解决高校学生个性化的生涯发展与职业决策问题。Facing the employment problem of higher vocational students,the construction of career counseling room in higher vocational colleges is gradually weak.Under this circumstance,the concept of accurate employment provides a new idea for the construction of career counseling room in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of precise employment,the vocational career counseling room should define the functional orientation of precise career guidance,comprehensive consulting service,professional career evaluation and close enterprise communication,and effectively solve the problems of personalized career development and career decision-making of higher vocational students from the aspects of constructing career counseling system,constructing precise service mode,perfecting vocational skills training,building practical education platform,expanding entrepreneurial support services and promoting information construction.
