摘  要:目的探讨CD133、血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子1(TRAF1)在肺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选择手术治疗的86例肺癌患者,术中均采集癌组织和癌旁组织,用免疫组织化学染色法(SP)检测CD133、VEGF-C、TRAF1表达情况。比较癌组织和癌旁组织内CD133、VEGF-C、TRAF1阳性表达情况,并分析肺癌患者癌组织内CD133、VEGF-C、TRAF1阳性表达与其临床病理特征的关系。结果癌组织内CD133、VEGF-C、TRAF1阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。低分化、有淋巴结转移、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肺癌患者癌组织内CD133、VEGF-C、TRAF1阳性表达率高于中高分化、无淋巴结转移和Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。癌组织内CD133、VEGF-C、TRAF1阳性表达率与肺癌患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论肺癌组织中CD133、VEGF-C、TRAF1均异常表达,三者表达与肺癌患者肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移密切相关,可作为肺癌病情进展的评估指标。Objective To investigate the expression of CD133,Vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)and tumor necrosis factor receptor related factor 1(TRAF1)in lung cancer and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods 86 lung cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment were selected.Cancer and adjacent tissues were collected during surgery,and the expression of CD133,VEGF-C,and TRAF1 was detected using immunohistochemical staining(SP).Compared the positive expression of CD133,VEGF-C,and TRAF1 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and analyzed the relationship between the positive expression of CD133,VEGF-C,and TRAF1 in cancer tissues of lung cancer patients and their clinical pathological characteristics.Results The positive expression rates of CD133,VEGF-C,and TRAF1 in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of CD133,VEGF-C,and TRAF1 in poorly differentiated,stageⅢ~Ⅳlung cancer patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in moderately well differentiated,stageⅠ~Ⅱlung cancer patients without lymph node metastasis,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of CD133,VEGF-C,and TRAF1 in cancer tissue were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging in lung cancer patients(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation(P<0.05).Conclusion CD133,VEGF-C,and TRAF1 are all abnormally expressed in lung cancer tissue,and their expression is closely related to tumor differentiation,TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis in lung cancer patients.They can be used as indicators for evaluating the progression of lung cancer.
