CDX-2与RELMβ在胆囊癌组织中的表达及与其临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨抵抗素样分子β(RELMβ)和尾侧型同源转录因子-2(CDX-2)在胆囊癌中的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法选择2022年1月至2023年8月在河南省直第三人民医院手术治疗的94例胆囊癌患者,术中均采集癌旁组织、胆囊癌组织,检测组织中RELMβ、CDX-2的表达情况,并分析RELMβ、CDX-2阳性表达与胆囊癌临床病理特征的关系。结果与癌旁组织相比,胆囊癌组织中RELMβ阳性表达率更高,CDX-2阳性表达率更低(P<0.05)。RELMβ与胆囊癌肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关,CDX-2阳性表达与胆囊癌肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论胆囊癌中CDX-2和RELMβ异常表达,其表达与患者肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移关系密切。Objective To explore the expression of resistin like moleculesβ(RELMβ)and CDX-2 in gallbladder cancer and their relationship with clinical pathological features.Methods 94 patients with gallbladder cancer who underwent surgical treatment were selected.Pericancerous and gallbladder cancer tissues were collected during surgery,and the expression of RELMβand CDX-2,and the relationship between the positive expression of RELMβand CDX-2 and the clinical pathological characteristics of gallbladder cancer were analyzed.Results Compared with adjacent cancerous tissue,the positive expression rate of RELMβwas high in gallbladder cancer tissue,while the positive expression rate of CDX-2 was low(P<0.05);There was a positive correlation between RELMβand the degree of differentiation,TNM stage,and lymph node metastasis of gallbladder cancer,while CDX-2 positive expression was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation,TNM stage,and lymph node metastasis of gallbladder cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion CDX-2 and RELM in gallbladder cancerβAbnormal expression is closely related to TNM staging,tumor differentiation,and lymph node metastasis in patients.
