微小RNA-1303、NRG1、HMGB1在甲状腺癌组织中表达的临床价值分析

摘  要:目的分析微小RNA(miR)-1303、神经调节蛋白1(NRG1)、高迁移率蛋白B1(HMGB1)在甲状腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法选取87例甲状腺癌患者,术中收集其癌组织与癌旁正常组织,检测不同组织标本内的miR-1303相对表达量及NRG1、HMGB1阳性表达率;并分析三者表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果癌组织内miR-1303相对表达量、HMGB1阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织,NRG1阳性表达率低于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);miR-1303、NRG1、HMGB1表达与甲状腺癌临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌组织内miR-1303、HMGB1呈高表达,NRG1呈低表达,三者参与肿瘤的侵袭、发展进程。Objective To analyze the expression and significance of microRNA-1303,neuroregulatory protein 1(NRG1),and high mobility protein B1(HMGB1)in thyroid cancer tissue.Methods 87 patients with thyroid cancer were selected,and their cancerous tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected during surgery.The relative expression level of miR-1303 and the positive expression rates of NRG1 and HMGB1 were detected in different tissue samples;And analyze the relationship between the expression of the 3 and the clinical and pathological characteristics of patients.Results The relative expression level of miR-1303 and the positive expression rate of HMGB1 in cancer tissue were higher than those in adjacent normal tissue,while the positive expression rate of NRG1 was lower than that in adjacent normal tissue,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The expression of miR-1303,NRG1,and HMGB1 is related to the clinical stage,differentiation degree,and lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion miR-1303 and HMGB1 are highly expressed in thyroid cancer tissue,while NRG1 is low in expression,indicating their involvement in tumor invasion and development.
