摘　　要：目的统计分析江西省肿瘤医院互联网线上处方情况,促进肿瘤患者安全有效合理用药。方法收集江西省肿瘤医院2022年5月至2023年5月的互联网线上处方3360份,描述性统计分析患者年龄、性别、诊断分布,用药情况、不合理用药原因及互联网医院运行初期出现的问题等。结果抽取的3360张互联网处方中,涉及药品品种69种,主要以口服药物为主,疾病分布主要为乳腺癌(57.95%)、甲状腺癌(22.32%)、前列腺癌(11.25%),点评结果互联网医院的处方合格率为99.73%。并对互联网医院运行初期出现的各类问题进行分析解决,优化患者诊疗购药流程。结论互联网医药模式是便捷患者用药的有效模式,是现代化医药服务模式的新举措,线上处方分析可以显著提高用药合理性,满足患者长期用药的需求。Objective To analyze the internet prescriptions of cancer hospital,so as to promote the safety and effectiveness of drug use for cancer patients.Methods A total of 3360 internet prescriptions were collected.Age,gender,diagnosis distribution,drug use,prescription rationality and problems in the operation initial stage of internet hospital were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 3360 internet prescriptions,69 drugs were involved,mainly including oral drugs.The top 3 diseases ranked were breast cancer(57.95%),thyroid cancer(22.32%)and prostate cancer(11.25%).The review showed that the qualified rate of internet prescriptions was 99.73%.We took measures to improve the problems in the operation initial stage of internet hospital,and optimize the process of patients'diagnosis and treatment process.Conclusion The practice of online prescription analysis based on internet medicine model is an effective model for convenient drug use for patients and a new measure for modern medicine service model,can satisfy long-term drug use demand,and can significantly improve the rationality of drug use.
