近二十年我国大学生可就业能力问题研究的回顾和展望——基于CiteSpace可视化

摘　　要：本研究采用CiteSpace 3.2R4软件,针对2004至2023年间在CNKI.net数据库中收录的158篇与可就业能力相关的期刊文献进行了深入分析。从文献的发表数量、研究者群体、研究机构分布、研究领域广度以及研究热点等角度入手,揭示了可就业能力研究的当前状况与未来趋势。通过数据分析,总结出国内在可就业能力方面存在的问题,并相应地提出了具体解决策略。With the help of CiteSpace 3.2R4,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of 158 articles related to college students’employability collected in the CNKI database from 2004 to 2023.The current situation and future trend of the employability research are revealed from the perspectives of the quantity of related published literature,communities of such researchers,distribution of the research institutions,the breadth of research fields and research hotspots.Based on the data analysis,the problems in employability in China have been summarized,and specific solutions have been proposed accordingly.
