摘 要:海外本土中文教师是中华语言文化走出去进程中由对外传播发展到本土自传播的重要力量。新形势下亟须创新本土中文教师教育工作,促进国际中文教育教师资源的全球优化供给,以完善与我国综合国力和国际地位相匹配的国际中文教育服务及治理体系。具体可从五个方面着手:一是扎根本土,稳步扩展,依托本土资源和条件,以灵活多样的合作方式参与本土中文教师队伍的培养;二是掌握需求,精准助力,根据各国各地区对中文教师的具体要求,开发有针对性的本土中文教师培养模式;三是完善标准,提升质量,在深入研究各国外语教育政策的基础上,从宏观到微观的不同层面完善中文教师教育的标准;四是面向基础,兼顾高端,从海外中文人才的实际需要出发,对中文教育目标与类型进行专业细分;五是技术引领,主导变革,充分利用新形势、新技术,在“人工智能+教育”新潮流中扩大中文教师教育的资源供给,创新中文教师教育的方式方法。Overseas local Chinese teachers are an important carrier for the development of Chinese culture.Under the new situation,it is urgent to strengthen the education of local Chinese teachers and promote the global resource supply and qualification optimization in this field,so as to improve the international Chinese education service and governance system.Specifically,it can be started from five aspects:first,taking root in the local area,steadily expanding,relying on local resources and conditions,and participating in the training of local Chinese teachers in a flexible and diverse way of cooperation;The second is to grasp the needs and accurately help,to develop a targeted local Chinese teacher training model;The third is to perfect the standards and improve the quality.On the basis of in-depth study of foreign language education policies in various countries,the standards of Chinese teacher education are improved from different levels.Fourth,facing the foundation,taking into account the high-end,starting from the actual needs of overseas Chinese talents,professional segmentation of the Chinese department;Fifth,leading the technology,leading the change,making full use of the new situation and new technology,expanding the resource supply of Chinese education and innovating the methods of Chinese teaching by using artificial intelligence in education.
