摘  要:家庭教育是家校社育人体系的核心,与学校、社会教育的协同合作,不仅是落实立德树人根本任务的要求,也是推动未成年人健康成长的必要条件。然而随着社会的发展,家庭教育面临着复杂性和个性化挑战,许多家长感到束手无策,直接影响到整体家庭教育的质量。家庭教育咨询,不仅能够帮助家长解决育儿过程中的难题,提升家庭教育水平,还能促进家校社之间的密切合作。朝阳区家庭教育指导中心,以家庭教育咨询为突破点开展协同育人实践,在提高家庭教育质量的同时,对家校社协同育人职责定位不够明确、协同机制不完善、条件保障不够到位的问题进行了有效的实践探索,构建了以家庭教育咨询为策略的家校社协同育人模式,形成了可借鉴的经验和做法。Family education is the core of the school-family-society education mechanism.Its collaboration with school and social education is not only a requirement for implementing the fundamental task of fostering character and civic virtue,but also a necessary condition for promoting healthy growth of minors.However,with the development of society,family education faces complex and personalized challenges.Many parents feel helpless,which directly affects the overall quality of family education.Counseling in family education can not only help parents solve the difficulties in the parenting process and improve the level of family education,but also promote close cooperation among schools,families,and society.The Chaoyang District Family Education Guidance Center has taken family education counseling as a breakthrough point to carry out collaborative education practice,and improve the quality of family education.At the same time,it has conducted effective practical explorations on the problems of school-family-society collaborative education,including unclear responsibility positioning,imperfect collaboration mechanisms,and inadequate condition guarantees.Based on the strategy of family education counseling,the guidance center has constructed a school-family-society collaborative education model,forming referential experiences and practices.
