摘　　要：在浙江“未来社区”实践对居住区模式和规则的反思和创新推动下,衢州礼贤未来社区商品房通过重塑庭院空间、强化人群混住,以开放的边界,构建面对城市、社区和组团的三层公共交往空间,旨在重拾居住与城市文脉和街区生活的关联。Driven by the reflection and innovation of residential area models and rules in the practice of"Future Community"in Zhejiang,Quzhou Lixian Future Community Commercial Housing reshapes courtyard spaces,strengthens mixed living among people,and constructs a three-tier public communication space facing the city,community,and cluster with open boundaries,aiming to rediscover the connection between residence,urban context,and neighborhood life.
