摘　　要：快速检测方法因其快速、简便、高效、经济等特点,正逐渐成为日常检查、重大活动保障和专项整治等食品安全现场执法的重要手段,在企业产品自控方面也发挥着重要作用。本文从食品安全快速检测应用现状研究入手,分析食品安全快速检测中遇到的主要问题,并针对性地给出快检应用建议,对快检应用的发展趋势做了展望。Rapid detection methods,due to their characteristics of being fast,simple,efficient,and economical,are gradually becoming an important means of food safety on-site law enforcement for daily inspections,major event guarantees,and special rectification.They also play an important role in enterprise product self-control.This article starts with the research on the current application status of food safety rapid detection,analyzes the main problems encountered in food safety rapid detection,and provides targeted suggestions for rapid detection applications.It also looks forward to the development trend of rapid detection applications.
