摘 要:研究使用纳米羟基磷灰石等材料作为原料,制备一种牙体缺损修复用材料,并测试制备材料试样的粘接强度、亲水性能、抗菌性能和实际修复效果。试验结果表明,复合树脂充填材料能够承受的最大破坏力为20.5 kN,展现出205 MPa/cm的粘接强度;水接触角最小为45°,亲水性能较优;抗菌测试显示,本填充材料可明显抑制枯草芽孢杆菌,降低感染风险,抗菌效果较好;修复3年后,修复完整率、颜色匹配率以及边缘适配率均保持在85%以上,出现并发症的概率未超过1.4%,显著降低了牙釉质脱落、龋齿等并发症的发生率,与对照组相比呈现较为良好的修复效果。In this study,nano hydroxyapatite and other materials were used as raw materials to prepare a dental defect repair material,and the adhesive strength,hydrophilic properties,antibacterial properties and actual restoration effect of the prepared material samples were tested.The experimental results showed that the maximum destructive force that the composite resin filling material withstand was 20.5 kN,exhibiting a bonding strength of 205 MPa/cm.The minimum water contact angle was 45 degrees,indicating excellent hydrophilicity.Antibacterial testing showed that this filling material could significantly inhibit Bacillus subtilis,reduce the risk of infection,and had a good antibacterial effect.After three years of restoration,the completion rate,color matching rate,and edge adaptation rate remained above 85%,and the probability of complications did not exceed 1.4%,significantly reducing the incidence of complications such as enamel loss and dental caries.Compared with the control group,the restoration effect was relatively good.
