摘 要:为有效改进电网分布式光伏电站并网的无功电压调节方法,研究基于《西北区域新版“两个细则”》实施背景下的新能源光伏电站有功和无功控制系统的可用率、调节精度、响应时间、合格率等高指标要求分析,针对某地新能源光伏电站配网负荷日益增加问题,构建了AVC(自动电压控制)系统实施电网多级电压节点控制,同时运用协调控制策略达到提升配网自动化和运行效率、降低配网损耗目的。通过AVC系统设计及应用实现电厂电压、无功的实时监测,即在AVC系统判断电压或无功越限时,及时进行新能源电站调节,保证新能源光伏电站的无功电压始终处于最优状态。In order to effectively improve the reactive voltage regulation method of grid-connected distributed photovoltaic power plants,based on the analysis of high index requirements such as the availability rate,adjustment accuracy,response time,and qualification rate of the active and reactive power control systems of new energy photovoltaic power stations under the background of the implementation of the new version of the“Two Detailed Rules”in the Northwest Region,an AVC(automatic voltage control)system was constructed to implement multi-level voltage node control of the power grid in view of the increasing distribution network load of new energy photovoltaic power stations in a certain place.At the same time,the coordinated control strategy was used to improve the automation and operation efficiency of the distribution network and reduce the loss of the distribution network.Through the design and application of AVC system,real-time monitoring of power plant voltage and reactive power is realized,that is,when the AVC system judged that the voltage or reactive power exceeds the limit,the new energy power station is adjusted in time to ensure that the reactive voltage of the new energy photovoltaic power station is always in the optimal state.
