摘 要:目的利用无人机遥感影像获取的植被数据,结合地面样地调查,对种植北苍术的长势、药材产量和药材质量进行深入研究。方法首先利用无人机采集吉林省伊通县北苍术种植基地遥感影像,生成绿色叶片植被指数用以提取植被。利用ArcGIS软件将种植基地内所有区域划分为1087个2m×2m空间网格,并计算所有网格内植被覆盖度。地面调查在种植基地内设置9个调查样地,记录样地中心点位置、样地内北苍术植株类别及植株数量,采集北苍术药材样品,同时测定单株药材产量和药材中苍术素含量。结果北苍术种植基地植被覆盖度仅为31.67%,网格内植被覆盖度范围0.02%~92.45%。以20%和55%为划分依据,可将所有空间网格划分为高覆盖度网格、中覆盖度网格和低覆盖度网格三种类别,面积分别为602.78,2009.85和1234.28m^(2),研究同时将空间网格植被覆盖度划分结果与北苍术长势进行关联,明确了不同长势的北苍术所处位置。样地位置信息显示,9个样地分属三种植被覆盖度类别。结合样地调查和空间网格植被覆盖度划分结果显示,样地内植株数量与样地所处网格植被覆盖度呈正相关,而且北苍术植株大小与单株药材产量也呈正相关。对采集的26份样品中苍术素含量测定结果显示,含量最高值为0.48%,最低值为0.11%,平均值为0.27%,仅有7份样品符合《中国药典》规定。利用不同植被覆盖度类别面积、样地内北苍术植株类别及植株数量、北苍术药材干重数据,可以估算出苍术药材总产量为253.57kg。结合样品中苍术素含量测定结果,得到全部药材中苍术素平均含量为0.28%,满足药典要求的只有高覆盖度网格所产药材,质量仅有71.82kg。结论实现了以“无人机遥感影像、空间网格植被覆盖度、药材产量和药材质量”为思路的中药材研究模式,明确了植被覆盖度与药材产量和药材质量之间关系。为今�Objective In this study,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)remote sensing images were used to rasterize vegetation data and obtain the spatial grid fractionvegetation coverage for Atractylodes chinensis cultivation areas.Combined with ground sample plots survey,a comprehensive investigation was conducted on the growth,medicinal yield,and quality of Atractylodes chinensis.Methods UAV remote sensing images were collected from the cultivation area in Yitong County,Jilin Province,and the Green Leaf Index(GLI)was generated to extract the vegetation.The entire cultivation area was then divided using ArcGIS into 1087 spatial grids of 2 m×2 m,and the fraction vegetation coverage within each grid was calculated.Ground surveys included 9 sample plots,from which the plot center locations,Atractylodes chinensis plant types,and plant quantities were recorded,the medicinal samples collected,and individual plant medicinal yield as well as Atractylodin content determined.Results The fraction vegetation coverage in the Atractylodes chinensis cultivation area was only 31.67%.The fraction vegetation coverage within the grids ranged from 0.02%to 92.45%.Using 20%and 55%as dividing points,all spatial grids were classified into low coverage,medium coverage,and high coverage categories,measuring 1234.28 m^(2),2009.85 m^(2),and 602.78 m^(2)respectively.The study correlated the spatial grid fraction vegetation coverage classification with the growth status of Atractylodes chinensis to specify the positions of Atractylodes chinensis with different growth statuses.Sample plot location information showed that the 9 sample plots belonged to three vegetation coverage categories.Considering the sample plot surveys in conjunction with the spatial grid fraction vegetation coverage classification results revealed a positive correlation between plant quantity in the sample plots and fractionvegetation coverage within the plots.Additionally,the size of Atractylodes chinensis plants and individual medicinal yield exhibited a positive correlation.Analysis o
