乡贤文化融入公民社会责任感培育的历史基础、内在机理与实践路径

摘　　要：乡贤文化是中华优秀传统文化在新时代乡村社会治理和精神文明建设方面的特殊表述,是培育公民社会责任感的重要资源。乡村振兴视域下,乡贤文化融入公民社会责任感培育的耦合逻辑,决定了以乡贤文化涵养公民社会责任感的历史使然和现实必然。从公民社会责任感培育的“知、情、意、行”四阶段分析乡贤文化的作用机理,可以得出乡贤文化融入公民社会责任感培育的四大路径:数字赋能机制建设、多元主体协同推动、丰富文化融合形式、实践促进知行合一,进而发挥乡贤文化在新时代培育公民社会责任感中的独特价值。The County Sage culture is a special expression of excellent traditional Chinese culture in rural social governance and spiritual civilization construction in the new era,and is an important resource for cultivating citizens’sense of social responsibility.From the perspective of rural revitalization,the coupling logic of integrating the the County Sage culture into the cultivation of citizens’sense of social responsibility determines the historical and practical necessity.From the four stages of“knowledge,emotion,intention,and action”in cultivating a sense of civic social responsibility,the mechanism of the role of rural culture can be analyzed.Four major paths can be drawn for the integration of rural culture into the cultivation of a sense of civic social responsibility:the construction of digital empowerment mechanisms,the collaborative promotion of multiple subjects,the enrichment of cultural integration forms,and the promotion of the integration of knowledge and action through practice,thereby realizing the unique value of rural culture in cultivating a sense of civic social responsibility in the new era.
