摘 要:本文聚焦水产品预制菜行业,以湛江国联水产开发股份有限公司烤鱼产品为例,旨在通过深入分析该行业的特点与发展需求,构建一套全面、系统的全产业链标准体系。本研究结合国内外先进经验,围绕原料、生产、加工、包装、物流、销售及售后服务等关键环节,提出具体标准体系建设内容与实施策略,为提升水产品预制菜质量安全、促进行业标准化、规范化发展提供理论依据与实践指导。This paper focuses on the aquatic-prepared dishes industry,taking the grilled fish products of Zhanjiang Guolian Aquatic Product Development Co.,Ltd.as an example,with the aim of building a comprehensive and systematic whole industry chain standards system by deeply analyzing the characteristics and development needs of the industry.The research combines advanced domestic and foreign experiences and focuses on key links such as raw materials,production,processing,packaging,logistics,sales,and after-sales service to propose specific content and implementation strategies for the standards system construction.The paper aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the quality and safety of aquatic-prepared dishes and promoting standardization of the industry.
