C形根管充填治疗恒牙根尖周炎中采用热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析C形根管充填治疗恒牙根尖周炎中采用热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法的临床疗效。方法简单随机选择2019年6月—2021年12月烟台业达医院收治的60例恒牙根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为两组,每组30例。两组患者均进行C形根管充填治疗,对照组采用热牙胶垂直加压法,观察组采用iRoot SP冷侧压法,比较两组患者临床疗效、填充效果、牙周指数。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%(30/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P=0.031)。两组患者填充效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后10周,观察组出血指数、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在C形根管充填治疗恒牙根尖周炎患者中采用iRoot SP冷侧压法能提升临床疗效,改善牙周指数。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of hot gum vertical compression and iRoot SP cold lateral compression in the treatment of permanent apical periodontitis with C-shaped root canal filling.Methods 60 patients with permanent apical periodontitis in Yantai Yeda Hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were simple randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with C-shaped root canal filling.The control group was treated with hot gum vertical compression method,and the observation group was treated with iRoot SP cold lateral compression method.The clinical efficacy,filling effect and periodontal index of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%(30/30)higher than that of the control group 80.00%(24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P=0.031).There was no significant difference in filling effect between the two groups(P>0.05).At 10 weeks after treatment,bleeding index,plaque index,gingival index and periodontal pocket depth in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion iRoot SP cold lateral compression can improve clinical efficacy and periodontal index in C-shaped root canal filling treatment of patients with permanent apical periodontitis.
