综合护理在阿替普酶早期溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在阿替普酶早期溶栓治疗急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者中行综合护理的效果。方法方便选取2021年1月—2023年12月徐州市肿瘤医院收治的86例阿替普酶早期溶栓治疗ACI患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(43例,进行常规护理)、观察组(43例,进行综合护理)。对比两组患者的生活质量、心理状态及护理满意度。结果护理后24 h,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后24 h,观察组焦虑评分为(42.12±5.19)分、抑郁评分为(43.15±5.44)分,均低于对照组的(49.47±5.22)分、(49.95±5.76)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.548、5.628,P均<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的79.07%(34/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于阿替普酶早期溶栓治疗ACI患者中,可改善患者心理健康情况,患者满意度和生活质量均较高。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)treated with early thrombolytic therapy with alteplase.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,86 patients with ACI treated by early thrombolytic therapy with alteplase in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(43 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(43 cases,comprehensive nursing).The quality of life,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After 24 hours of nursing,the score of quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 h after nursing,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were(42.12±5.19)points and(43.15±5.44)points,respectively,which were lower than(49.47±5.22)points and(49.95±5.76)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.548,5.628,both P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 79.07%(34/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with ACI treated with alteplase early thrombolytic therapy can improve the mental health of patients,and the satisfaction and quality of life of patients are high.
