超声乳化术对白内障合并高度近视患者视力水平及角膜内皮细胞的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析白内障合并高度近视患者使用超声乳化治疗效果。方法方便选取2020年1月—2024年1月巨野县人民医院收治的88例白内障合并高度近视患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组实施囊外摘除术,观察组实施超声乳化术治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的视力水平、角膜内皮细胞情况、视觉功能及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组治疗1个月、3个月后的最佳矫正视力水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组角膜内皮细胞情况与视觉功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率为2.27%(1/44),低于对照组的18.18%(8/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.456,P<0.05)。结论采取超声乳化术治疗能够显著改善白内障合并高度近视患者的视力水平和角膜内皮细胞情况,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification in patients with cataract and high myo⁃pia.Methods A total of 88 patients with cataract and high myopia admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extracapsular cataract extraction,and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification.The visual acu⁃ity level,corneal endothelial cell condition,visual function and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The best corrected visual acuity levels of the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The corneal endothelial cell condition and visual function score in the observation group were both bet⁃ter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.27%(1/44),which was lower than 18.18%(8/44)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.456,P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification treatment can sig⁃nificantly improve the visual acuity and corneal endothelial cell condition of patients with cataract and high myopia,and it has high safety.
